A: This gimbal can be compatible with a variety of mobile phone models, including smartphones from multiple brands such as iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, Oppo, etc. But it needs to meet the size requirements:

Q: Why does the battery indicator light turn red and flash quickly after my gimbal is turned on, and then automatically shut down after about ten seconds?

A: It is because the two axes of your gimbal are not unlocked first. AXNEN/M02 has a balance protection setting, so you need to unlock it first (for specific unlocking methods, please refer to the details of AXNEN M02, or check the manual)

Q: Why does the indicator light turn red and flash quickly after my gimbal is turned on, and then automatically shut down after about ten seconds?

A: The phone is not centered on the phone holder on the gimbal, and both axes must be turned on.

【Unlock 2 locks before use】

For easy storage, we designed locks to fix the pitch axis and pan axis of AXNEN M02. Please be sure to unlock the two locks before turning on the machine, otherwise it is easy to damage the motor.

【Turn on after installing the phone】

After opening the two locks of the gimbal, please install the phone in the center of the phone holder and then turn on the gimbal (please remove the phone case first to clamp it tighter)

Optional AI Tracking Camera Module

AXNEN M02 can be used with the optional AI module, which can only be installed on the marked side of the phone. After using with the AI module, face tracking can be easily achieved.

Optional AI module support "Gesture Control"

Connect to the gimbal, when the gimbal is turned on, the AI module gesture function is enabled by default (green light is always on).

“OK” = Center following start

"Palm" = Pause following (module light will turn red)

"Double L" = Fixed position following (If you don't like center tracking, you can pause the tracking first, then stand in the corner you want to be tracked and make the ”double L “gesture. Then it will keep you in the corresponding corner.)

"Double Thumbs up" = Horizontal and vertical mode switch, and Pause following. (and Pause following at the same time)


*** If you want to stop the Gesture Control function of AI module, please press the "hand" button on the module to turn off the gesture function, and the blue light stay on.
